• The Company Kharaujha Engineering LLP is an ISO 9001-2008 compliant company.
• Due process is followed to ensure quality. We have an independent QC deptt. With an Engineer in charge, answerable only to the Partners.
• All the measuring instruments like Height gauge, micrometers, dial bore gauges, Vernier angle protractor, dial Vernier etc. for production or inspection purpose are mostly MITUTOYO make and NABL certified and kept up to date.
• We also have a well-equipped ‘Gauge Room’. Here all critical measurement is recorded at a fixed temp. For metallurgical testing, we resort to IIT-BHU lab or any NABL approved lab in India.
• As we manufacture high precision components, quality assurance is a matter of survival for us. All critical measurements of every component are measured and recorded by the QC Deptt. and shared with the production head.
• Engineer QC is the final authority in allowing rework or rejection of jobs.
